Mr. Khalil, a citizen of Sudan and USA, has more than 25 years work experience in developing grassroots solutions to challenging situations in Sudan, Saudi Arabia and USA. His professional consulting experience includes developing and implementing effective strategies to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in politically and culturally diverse locales.
Khalil is Associate Professor at Emerson College in Boston. He also teaches courses in advocacy, argumentation, public diplomacy, public policy and gender in several colleges. In addition, he has a Master in Public Policy & Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government: Cambridge Massachusetts (1997) and a First Class Honor B.S. Degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, University of Khartoum- Sudan (1984.) |
